Richard Neutra designed this single bedroom mini-mansion, the Von Sternberg House for the Hollywood Director who was born in Vienna, Austria.
This home was to be a ranch home in Northridge, an undeveloped are where many celebrities also had ranch home used to get way from Hollywood.
The house was demolished in 1972 so a tract of homes could be built.

Silver Gelatin print (Ilford MGD 44 M' "Pear;"), Limited Edition, "The Portfolio" - Shulman's stamp, date and signature in ink on recto. Signed by Julius Shulman at his Hollywood Hills studio.

Unframed: 60 x 75,5 cm (23.6 x 29.7in.) Released in 1999.
