Richard Neutra designed this single bedroom mini-mansion, the Von Sternberg House for the Hollywood Director who was born in Vienna, Austria.
This home was to be a ranch home in Northridge, an undeveloped are where many celebrities also had ranch home used to get way from Hollywood.
The house was demolished in 1972 so a tract of homes could be built.

Gelatin silver print: Unframed. 16" x 20" in. (40.6 x 50.8 cm). Shulman's studio stamp and Julius Shulman's signature in white ink on recto.
Signed by Julius Shulman at his Hollywood Hills studio.
