Richard Neutra designed this single bedroom mini-mansion, the Von Sternberg House for the Hollywood Director who was born in Vienna, Austria.
This home was to be a ranch home in Northridge, an undeveloped area where many celebrities also had ranch homes used as a getaway from Hollywood.
The house was demolished in 1972 so a tract of homes could be built.
