Lovell Beach House was  located at 1242 Ocean Avenue was designed by Rudolph  M. Shindler and built on a ocean front lot on the Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach, California. Completed in 1926 it is considered by many to be the most important work by Rudolf Schindler.
