Maria Bergson was born in Vienna, Austria in 1914 and passed away on March 19th, 2009. Bergson was the first woman designer to be published in Who’s Who in America for her designs of offices, banks, hospitals, stores, commercial interiors as well as lighting fixtures and lighting.

This photograph was used at Julius Shulman exhibitions.

Print: Unframed on black backboard. Photograph size: 10.5″ x 13″  (26.67 cm. x 33.02 cm.)

Backboard will not interfere with the framing of this print.

Shulman’s stamp and notation in Shulmans handwriting “Maria Bergson, Kent, Ct. 1754″” and signature stamp on verso.

Photograph is in Excellent Condition with the exception of an old tape mark on center of picture that is barely noticeable (one inch by one inch), some s some minor scratch marks on edge of photograph and slight wear marks on edges.
