This paperback has been personally signed by Julius Shulman in black ink on page two.

Born in Vienna in 1887 and worked in Los Angeles mainly during the early to mid-twentieth century.
Because Schindler was know to be at odds with his clients on many of his projects, he lost many jobs…some even before he got them. He was able to work with small budgets and striking colors.
