Richard Neutra’s Troxell Residence was originally built in 1956 in Pacific Palisades. The original owners sold the home in 2005.
The home is located above the Pacific Coast Highway. This post and beam structure features four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and boasts views of the mountains, city and ocean which are easily viewed thanks to the open floor plan and large expanses of permanent glass and sliding glass doors.
