Nobuyoshi Akari was born in Tokyo, Japan in 1940. First picking up a camera at the at the age of twelve and later studying film and photography at Chiba University sent him into the world of commercial photography. His bold photographs which at times include his private life have received controversy and have been banned through the world. This book is just one of his over 400 books but according to Akari, is a collection of his finest work.
