Architects Whitney Smith and Wayne Williams designed the Booth Residence located in Beverly Hills, California. The partnership which was created in 1949 was based at 1414 Fair Oaks Avenue in South Pasadena. Smith who passed away March 13th 2002 at the age of 91.
The Booth Residence was built as with a deck above street level and designed to be something between a cabin and a mid century modern home. With privacy as a concern, the house disappears  within grass fields, wood fences and trees. The home features two gable roofs and the ceilings are made of hardwood veneered plywoods.

Shulman's studio stamp,  job number and notation "Smith / Williams Booth Res., 1956 Series # 2125" on verso.
Noted on recto in white ink "Smith / Williams / Booth Res. Signed and dated by Julius Shulman with white ink on recto at his Hollywood Hills Studio.  

Image is in Excellent Condition with the exception of very minor barely noticable wear marks on the edges.
