The Campanile was completed in 1913 and  is UC Berkeley's most famous symbol. It is also known as Sather Tower. Reaching  307 feet tall it is the third tallest bell and clock-tower in the world. Located 200 feet up is the observation platform which  provides incredible views of the entire Bay Area and campus. It is reached  by a combination of elevator and stairs.
