Richard Neutra designed the Singleton House in Los Angeles for Henry E. Singleton co-founder of the conglomerate Teledyne. Behind the private gates and long driveway. Completed in 1959, the single story home boasted glass-walled living areas and an incredible pool . The home was restored by hairstylist Vidal Sassoon.

Shulmand studio stamp on verso and Julius Shulman's signature on recto in white ink. Signed by Julius Shulman in his Hollywood Hills studio.
Noted on verso in Shulman's handwriting "Singleton House, 1960. Los Angeles. Richard J. Neutra. Job 2926-15"
