Located at Western Avenue and 25th Street in San Pedro (Los Angeles), The Channel Heights Housing Project development was started by the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles.

This 1942 Housing Project was a community development for shipyard workers in San Pedro, California. The project consisting of two story sleek, low profile row houses.
160 acres. 600 units.
