This Julius Shulman Print arrives with a “Certificate of Authenticity” authorized by the “Julius Shulman Trust & Photographic Archives”
Assignment: Southern California American Institude of Architects.
A Los Angles architectural landmark, the Bradbury Building is located at 304 Broadway at West 3rd. Street. Commissioned by Lewis L. Bradbury (November 6, 1823 – July 15, 1992). Designed by Summer Hunt and constructed by George Wyman the building was started in 1893 and was completed in 1894 at a cost of over a half million dollars.
The Bradbury Building which in 1971 was placed on the National Register of Historical Places and in 1977 became a Historical Landmark was restored in 1999 at a cost of over seven million dollars.
