This Julius Shulman softcover arrives with a “Certificate of Authenticity” authorized by the “Julius Shulman Trust & Photographic Archives”

Between the years of 1945 and 1966, the Case Study House program in Los Angeles was going full speed with the design of 36 homes that could be built cheaply and easily. The main purpose of the program was to build homes that for returning veterans during the postwar building boom.

Hardcover is in almost new condition except for the plastic cover protecting the book has a 3 inch tear on the back.  Excellent Condition. Condition Report statement is given as an opinion and the condition statement does not imply that this hardcover  is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfection or the effects of aging.

This hardcover came directly from Julius Shulman’s Hollywood Hills studio.
