Built in the International Style and completed in 1958, the building uses 1.4 acres of land stands 515 feet tall with 38 stories.

Currently owned by Aby Rosen’s RFR Holdings, the building is on the National Rgister of Historic Places.

This Julius Shulman Print arrives with a “Certificate of Authenticity” authorized by the “Julius Shulman Trust & Photographic Archives”

Costing $41 million to build, it was the most expensive skycraper at the time.. but later was purchased in 2000 by the current owner for $375 million.
