The Kun home located at 7947 Fareholm Drive. Los Angeles, was built in 1936 for newspaper publisher Josef Kun. Located in the Hollywood Hills with incredible ocean and city view, this Richard Neutra designed home launched Julius Shulman’s Architectural Photography career.
This 3.5 storied restored home, built on a terraced mountain side, boasted an entry pavilion with a huge deck at the street level. The second level contained the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room. The two bedrooms and two baths were located on the third floor. The two car garage is located on the lowest floor.
