A rare print shot in March, 1959 of the Lime and Stone Production Company’s quarry located near Zichron Yaakov,  Israel.

This quarry owned by the famous Gilbert Rothschild Investment Company was a major exporter of lime and stone products from Israel.

Julius Shulman arrived in Israel on March 1, 1959 for 10 days of recording Israel’s most important period in terms of architecture.
