Located at 600 Panorama Road in Palm Springs the home was designed and built for Raymond Loewy, an industrialist and was built in 1946-47 as a bachelor retreat. The pool extended into the living. The house was later restored by Jim Gaudineer. This Palm Springs modernist villa is considered to be a typical desert modern home with a low-slung pavilion, a pool that extended into the living room and plenty of glass providing striking views of the desert.
