Located at 1925 Beach Drive in Hermosa Beach, California. This 3 Bedroom & 3.5 bath house is 2,428 square feet and sits on a 3,931 square feet lot. This home is situated across from the Beach and Strand. A large kitchen, doors which open to a private deck, huge bath, enclosed outdoor shower, and radiant heated terrazzo floors make this home a perfect residence. A pool and lush garden add to the enjoyment of the home. One of the goals of this house was to store and display the owners huge collection of surfboards. Another goal was to use as little of the 45 feet by 110 feet lot located in Hermosa Beach. The owners wanted large gardens and exterior spaces. The pool and gardens were an extension of the inside spaces. Built to show the ocean views and enjoy the southwestern light, the building was intentionally  built to be very thin. This this design allowed for an inside and outside lifestyle. Using the exterior gave the ability to enlarge the dining and living room spaces. There was another living room added to the roof deck. Glass doors were installed to allow for an open and large feeling. |

Extensive use of beams and columns as well as large windows make this house a gem.
