These mid-century homes were designed by Austrian born architect Victor Gruen. As well as designing the first outdoor mall, Gruen was famous for designing commercial buildings. The owners requested large windows to vie the gardens and for lots of natural light. A pool is the focal point in the large lot with several sitting areas. Built in 1950, the 4,605 square foot home consists of 5 bedroom, 5 bath home and is located at 1210 Coldwater Canyon Drive in Beverly Hills. The lot offers 20,454 square feet of privacy. Originally built as the Rosenstiel & Augunas Residence, the house was recently restored to its former grandeur.
