In 1959 Frank Gehry designed the Edgar and Mary Lou Steeves Residence in Brentwood, Calif. Located at 1313 Casiano Road in Brentwood, the project represents Gehry’s first independent commission. Built with sliding d0ors and stucco, the home has clean lines… far from Gehry’s later designs.
